Improper installation / Hidden leak: Check for leaks around the unit and under your sink. You may be using the wrong adaptor or installed your adaptor incorrectly.
Refill Installation Issue: Check your refill installation inside the filter housing. Open the filter housing cap and check to ensure that the refill is inserted in the housing cap and in the "lock" place. The housing cap is inserted into the back of the Filterbaby and closed tight. Excessively dirty water / highly turbid water: If your water is excessively dirty with physical contaminants or is highly turbid, your filter refill is working overtime to capture up to 99.9% of physical contaminants as small as 0.000001mm! Having an immense skincare routine, I knew I needed the water I was using on my face to be just as clean and effective, so I purchased the Filterbaby Skincare Filter 2.0. Off the bat, the product felt very high quality and was made well. It was easy to set up and did not look out of place in my bathroom. I love that there was a variety of colors to choose from. I saw that the stream of the water when I used it felt more powerful and concentrated. After trying the product one time, I already notice a difference. My skin feels smoother and fresher, just an overall cleaner feel.
I am satisfied knowing that the water I am using on my face has been filtered thoroughly and is not going to cause breakouts anymore. Overall, I would say the product works and is worth the price. I would buy it again.
I wasn’t sure if this was going to fit my bathroom faucet because mine has a recessed aerator, but the kit came with everything I needed, including the removal tool and different pieces to make sure I could get the right fit. It definitely made me feel prepared for installing it. Once I figured out which piece I needed, installation was pretty easy. So far it’s been doing really well with my face, and I was actually worried the water pressure would be weak, but it’s not at all. The water pressure is just right. I also really like the black color and how it looks on my sink. Now I want to get a matching one for the other faucet right next to my sink!
