This product is a game changer!
I first started using this filter on my sink a week ago and have already noticed a difference. When washing my face my skin instantly feels more moisturized. Rather then having my unfiltered water dry out my skin I will be using this product going forward! Easy install and proven to work!

Would give this 5 stars if it wasn’t growing mold in the visible area of the filter. The company assured me that it wasn’t mold and it was just the discoloring of the tape…. But if it was mold, they said it’s fine because it’s not where the water is coming out of… sent the photos and was hoping for a replacement since I’ve been using this filter for a couple years now but nope, nothing offered to me. They continued to gaslight me saying they saw no mold.

Unfortunately, it's difficult to determine exactly what this is without testing or physically examining the product. Since we can't definitively identify it from photos alone, we'd be happy to send you a replacement so you don't have to worry or second-guess whether the filter is functioning as intended. Would you be able to cover a modest $10 shipping fee for the replacement?

Also, how long has it been since you last changed your filter? For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the filter every 2–3 months, as the effectiveness of the filtration media can decrease over time with regular use.
