This is my third time replacing my essentials shower water filter. The initial purchase was through Target, but they stopped carrying the product. I purchased my second refill through the web site and had no problem. This third time I ordered two refill replacements about three weeks ago now and still have not received them. I have contacted customer service multiple times via email and am only getting a response that the issue has been escalated to a fulfillment team. There is no phone number and they take forever to respond to each email. I asked for them to cancel that sale and ship out the replacements separately since I’ve already paid and the money was taken from my account at original date of purchase. I’ve heard nothing since then and am still waiting for a resolution. Am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and communication from this company.
Obsessed is truly an understatement. I litterally love this product so much and I am not exaggerating. First of all the light pink color is gorgeous and such a great addition and pop of color to my bathroom. Also,I am living in my university’s dorm and we had brown water when we first moved in. It was so bad and it wouldn’t fix because our building was so old. Now that I have this filter, my water is so clean and I haven’t experienced any problems. I finally feel clean in my shower and I am so happy.
