Xin Shui is a third-generation acupuncturist. Trained in traditional Chinese medicine, she spent years treating patients whose stubborn skin issues — eczema, dryness, sensitivity, persistent acne — improved dramatically when one variable changed: their water.
It started as a hypothesis and ended up as a company. In 2019, Xin founded Filterbaby with a single thesis: tap water — not skincare — was the missing variable in healthy skin.
