2. Eligible Products For Commissions:
Affiliate commissions are eligible on all standard shipping single and bundle starter kits purchased on either a subscription or one-time purchase selling plan at www.filterbaby.com. Only purchases completed through an affiliate’s assigned Safelink are eligible for commission. Pre-ordered products, Try Now / Try Before You Buy products, BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotions, and installment plan purchases are excluded. Filter Replacement Refill Cartridges — including all refill subscriptions and standalone refill purchases of any filter type — are explicitly excluded and do not qualify for affiliate commissions. Filterbaby reserves the right to modify the list of eligible products at any time without prior notice.
The following products are currently eligible for commissions as singles and in all bundle variations:

- Diamond Series Shower Filter
3. How Tracking Works:
Filterbaby uses Safelinks for affiliate tracking. Each affiliate is assigned a unique Safelink that generates a session-specific tracking code at the time of click. Commissions are attributed solely through this link-based tracking system. Coupon or promo codes alone do not qualify for commission attribution — affiliates must direct all traffic through their assigned Safelink. Any attempt to manipulate, replicate, or share Safelinks in an unauthorized manner will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
4. Payout Conditions:
- Affiliates are paid out at the end of the month, 60 days after the conversion is made. Payment structure is aligned with our 60-day return policy. Filterbaby reserves the right to withhold payment if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, policy violations, or chargebacks pending investigation.
- Affiliates must earn a minimum of $19.99 in qualified commissions to receive payment. Commissions below this threshold will be held until they reach the minimum amount. Unclaimed or undeliverable payments held for more than 180 days may be forfeited at Filterbaby’s discretion.
- Filterbaby is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect payment information provided by the affiliate. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to keep payment details current and accurate.
5. Disclaimers & Policy Violations:
- PPC (pay-per-click) advertising targeting Filterbaby branded terms is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, bidding on “Filterbaby” or any variation thereof in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other paid advertising platform. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and all pending commissions will be voided.
- Re-posting Filterbaby assets as your account’s own is strictly prohibited. Affiliates may only use Filterbaby-approved creative assets and must not alter, crop, or misrepresent brand materials. Failure to comply will result in termination of your affiliate account.
- Promo and coupon code sites receive an adjusted commission rate and are ineligible for the standard 15% commission rate. Participation in coupon or deal aggregator sites must be pre-approved in writing by Filterbaby.
- Whitelisting commission rates start at an adjusted 10% commission rate.
- Affiliate commissions are voided on orders placed under the affiliate’s own account. This includes orders placed by immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household.
- Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. One affiliate account is allowed per person. Any affiliate found operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts permanently terminated and all commissions forfeited.
- Affiliates may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Filterbaby products. Promotional content is subject to review and Filterbaby reserves the right to require removal of non-compliant content.
6. Program Changes & Termination:
Filterbaby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program, or any affiliate’s participation in it, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. This includes changes to commission rates, cookie durations, tracking methods, eligible products, payout thresholds, and any other program terms. Continued participation in the affiliate program following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Upon termination of an affiliate’s account for policy violations, all pending and unpaid commissions will be forfeited. Filterbaby’s determination of a policy violation is final.
