Filterbaby filtered water is NOT intended for consumption. You can brush your teeth and rise your mouth with filtered water, but do not consume filtered water.

With daily use, your filter needs to be replaced at least once every three months for your skin to look and feel it's best! Once it gets past the 3 month mark, your filter starts to lose its efficacy. We wash our face everyday so make sure you are treating your skin right!

Filterbaby is currently compatible with ~98% of US faucets with a circular removable aerator! Your kit comes with 10 adaptors to help fit different faucet sizes.

Our Lifetime Warranty 100% covers replacements for damages incurred. By default your Filterbaby Faucet Filter is covered by warranty for 3 months. With the Lifetime Warranty, If something happens to your Filterbaby Faucet, we will send you a replacement piece free of charge.*

Skincare is a long term game, and we're here for it. We got you covered! This warranty covers break replacements and replacement pieces only under normal use. The filter cartridge refills used in the Filterbaby Faucet Fit must be changed every 3 months at minimum.

Our Starter Kits comes with one filter, good for three months of clean water. For filter replacements, you have the option to sign up for our subscription.

Filter replacements will automatically ship every 90 days and will bill starting at the first shipment date. Cancel or modify anytime, no obligations.

Once you purchase your subscription, you will get a confirmation email where there is a link to manage / cancel your subscription.

If you have lost it, you can always email us at help@filterbaby.com with the subject SUBSCRIPTION cancellation and provide your name and order number, and we will email your account link to you.
