How often do I need to replace my filter?

With daily use, your filter needs to be replaced at least once every three months for your skin to look and feel it's best! Once it gets past the 3 month mark, your filter starts to lose its efficacy. We wash our face everyday so make sure you are treating your skin right!

Where can I buy replacement filters?

Replacement filters can be purchased in a convenient 2 pack or 4-pack on our site. We also offer subscription plans for your convenience and ease.

Will Filterbaby work on my faucet?

Filterbaby is designed to fit US standard faucets. If you're unsure if you have a standard faucet, please visit our faucet compatibility check list.

Your Filterbaby comes with 6 adaptors to ensure a proper fit.

The Starter Kit is compatible with standard threaded faucets between 19mm and 24mm.

Where does Filterbaby ship?

Filterbaby currently ships within the US only. We have plans to expand internationally so be sure to sign up for our email list to be notified!

How long will it take to receive my order?

For orders with the United States, orders take 5-7 business days for shipping and delivery.

Help! Where's my package?

Although it's rare, delays do sometimes happen!

In the case you're facing a delay or unable to locate your package, please write us an email (help@filterbaby.com) directly with your order number and we will do our best to investigate and help you notice.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns up to 60 days after purchase for both one time and subscription purchases.

Subscription FAQ

How does your subscription model work?

Our Starter Kits comes with one filter, good for three months of clean water. For filter replacements, you have the option to sign up for our subscription.

Filter replacements will automatically ship every 90 days and will bill starting at the first shipment date. Cancel or modify anytime, no obligations.

How can I cancel / manage my subscription?

Once you purchase your subscription, you will get a confirmation email where there is a link to manage / cancel your subscription.

If you have lost it, you can always email us at help@filterbaby.com with the subject SUBSCRIPTION cancellation and provide your name and order number, and we will email your account link to you.

Please provide a 5 day business window ahead of your next subscription bill date for us to cancel / modify your subscription accordingly.
