Sticker stuck inside: The top of your Filterbaby has a clear sticker that must be removed before installation. Remove your Filterbaby from your shower arm and check the top of the filter and the inside of the shower arm for the sticker.
Refill Installation Issue: Check your refill installation inside the filter housing. Open the filter housing cap and ensure the refill is inserted onto the housing cap correctly.
Dropping water pressure after 30 days or less?
Excessively dirty water / highly turbid water: If your water is excessively dirty with physical contaminants or is highly turbid, your filter refill is working overtime to capture up to 99.9% of physical contaminants. Open your filter refill and take a look inside. If your filter is dirty, you can rinse it under cold water to expand the filter's life. Super easy install! They had clear instructions but honestly it was very straightforward to put on. The water flow still has good pressure after installation. It hasn’t been very long but so far my hair and skin feel great!
This shower filter arrived in a timely manner and the packaging was great. The instructions to install were fairly simple, but I would make sure it is comparable with your shower head before buying. It is was easy to install and use. The filter works well for cleaning the water making it better for your skin. I have not been using it very long but I do already notice a difference. I will keep using this product for sure and I think it is worth the money.
One of the biggest differences I’ve noticed is how much softer my skin feels after every shower. My skin used to feel tight and dry once I got out, but now it feels hydrated and much more comfortable. My hair also feels cleaner, smoother, and noticeably softer after washing. I don’t feel like it’s being stripped or left feeling dry the way it sometimes did before.
