Little to no water pressure immediately after installation?
Sticker stuck inside: The top of your Filterbaby has a clear sticker that must be removed before installation. Remove your Filterbaby from your shower arm and check the top of the filter and the inside of the shower arm for the sticker.
Refill Installation Issue: Check your refill installation inside the filter housing. Open the filter housing cap and ensure the refill is inserted onto the housing cap correctly.
Dropping water pressure after 30 days or less?
Excessively dirty water / highly turbid water: If your water is excessively dirty with physical contaminants or is highly turbid, your filter refill is working overtime to capture up to 99.9% of physical contaminants. Open your filter refill and take a look inside. If your filter is dirty, you can rinse it under cold water to expand the filter's life. This company is a complete joke. From the start this filter significantly decreased my water pressure, by day 30 the water pressure and temperature were both extremely low. Taking a cold shower in the summer is one thing but this device would be absolutely miserable in the fall/winter months. Not only is their device completely useless, their customer service is by far the worst customer service you can ever deal with. They truly do not care about the customer experience and it shows by their complete absence in responding. Save your money and buy from another company.
This showerhead elevated my whole bathroom space! Although I did not receive directions or a wrench, it was easy to install and use. I love using all the three modes and the included aromatherapy pads that make my shower experience so relaxing. Highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a shower upgrade as it made my hair and skin feel so much better!
