Sticker stuck inside: The top of your Filterbaby has a clear sticker that must be removed before installation. Remove your Filterbaby from your shower arm and check the top of the filter and the inside of the shower arm for the sticker.
Refill Installation Issue: Check your refill installation inside the filter housing. Open the filter housing cap and ensure the refill is inserted onto the housing cap correctly.
Dropping water pressure after 30 days or less?
Excessively dirty water / highly turbid water: If your water is excessively dirty with physical contaminants or is highly turbid, your filter refill is working overtime to capture up to 99.9% of physical contaminants. Open your filter refill and take a look inside. If your filter is dirty, you can rinse it under cold water to expand the filter's life.
