This company is a complete joke. From the start this filter significantly decreased my water pressure, by day 30 the water pressure and temperature were both extremely low. Taking a cold shower in the summer is one thing but this device would be absolutely miserable in the fall/winter months. Not only is their device completely useless, their customer service is by far the worst customer service you can ever deal with. They truly do not care about the customer experience and it shows by their complete absence in responding. Save your money and buy from another company.
This showerhead elevated my whole bathroom space! Although I did not receive directions or a wrench, it was easy to install and use. I love using all the three modes and the included aromatherapy pads that make my shower experience so relaxing. Highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a shower upgrade as it made my hair and skin feel so much better!
I liked the product. It was simple and easy to install using a video I found online. The product itself feels very high quality and looks great in the shower. I’ve been using the product for a few days and I’ve already noticed my hair and skin looking and feeling better. I will definitely keep using it to see the full results. The one thing about this product is that although there is different settings, there isn’t one with higher pressure which is what I personally prefer. However, if you like more of the rain shower vibe this is definitely worth trying out!
