By default your Filterbaby is covered by warranty for 3 months but we offer this lifetime warranty for just $5.99. If anything happens to it, a piece gets lost or broken, we will send you a replacement piece free of charge. Skincare is a long term game, and we're here for it. We got you covered!

What is Filterbaby's warranty?
Filterbaby offers a limited warranty for every starter kit. Every starter kit purchased has an automatic 90 day limited warranty. Limited lifetime warranty options are available for subscription filter refill replacement subscribers.
Lifetime warranty qualifications
- Product ordered at Filterbaby.com
- Active Filterbaby filter refill replacement subscription in good standing with consistent refill replacements at least once every 100 days

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or improper installation or operation.

Can I purchase a warranty later?
Active filter refill replacement subscribers are automatically enrolled in the limited lifetime warranty program. Non-subscribers or inactive subscribers may purchase the limited lifetime warranty within 2 weeks of their original purchase.
