I honestly didn’t think a water filter could make such a big difference for my skin, but Filterbaby totally proved me wrong.
Going away to college, I realised that the water here had a really negative effect on my skin as a whole, and while looking for a solution, I came across filter baby and realised I definitely needed to try it out. I got this filter about a week ago, and have already had noticeable results. I used to get random breakouts and dry patches no matter what cleanser or moisturizer I used, and I swear, after switching to this, my skin just started behaving. It feels way softer and calmer, and much easier to deal with.
In the box, there are multiple sink head adapters included, which I really appreciated. The install took like two minutes (which says a lot because I’m not handy at all), and the little button to switch between filtered and regular water is genius. I use it every time I wash my face or brush my teeth.
The filter subscription model is also genius and so effortlessly convenient.
Honestly, if you’ve tried every product under the sun and nothing’s helping, just change your water. This filter literally saved my skin.

Very easy to install, I got the white Filterbaby just for my bathroom sink. I noticed a bunch of gunk when I took out my old aerator so I feel much better using this!
I got the Filterbaby Skincare Filter 2.0 in Shiny Gold. The filter installation was honestly super easy! All the pieces were included, the instructions were clear and concise. It took me probably around 10-15 minutes to install. And the filter actually works! My brother has a water cleanliness testing machine and our regular tap water (in NY) was around 40 something TDS. With the filter, it came around 14 TDS! PS. that's actually cleaner than some bottled water brands...
So far, it also seems to be helping with my eczema on on my hands. Would honestly love to try the showered as well because these results are extremely promising.

I purchased the shower filter, and it is wonderful! My boyfriend had to install it, as I am not handy. the skincare filter was a nice little luxury to have. it was very easy to install surprisingly because it had many aerator sizes and keys to fit any type of sink. as someone with oily and more blackhead prone skin, it is important to me that i get a quality clean and feel better.
