I’ve been using the Filterbaby Skincare Filter 2.0 for a few weeks now and I honestly didn’t realize how much my tap water was affecting my skin until I switched. I originally bought it because I live in an area with pretty hard water, and my skin was feeling dry and tight after washing my face.
First impressions: it was super easy to install. It attaches directly to your bathroom sink faucet and took me maybe 5 minutes. No tools, no stress.
Since using it, I’ve noticed my skin feels less stripped after cleansing. My face doesn’t feel as tight, and my redness has calmed down a bit. I also feel better knowing it’s removing chlorine and other impurities, especially since I’m pretty consistent with my skincare routine and didn’t want my water undoing the work.
I live in an older apartment building in Boston, and I can definitely tell a difference since adding the filter. The water tastes noticeably better, which makes it clear it’s working. Everything about this product was amazing! From the packaging and installation, to the product itself. It came with a QR code for video instructions which was very helpful. It also came with different attachments for any facet type you might have. The water pressure is still really high after installation and there are no leaks. I can tell a difference in my skin already!

I recently got the Filterbaby Pro Series Titanium Aluminum shower filter in black, and I’m honestly so impressed. First of all, the packaging is beautiful, it feels elevated and intentional, and makes such a great first impression right out of the box. You can tell a lot of thought went into the branding and presentation.
The filter itself is stunning. The black finish is super sleek and modern, and it feels really high quality and durable. It doesn’t look bulky or cheap and it actually adds to the look of my bathroom.
But the best part is how it performs. My skin and hair feel noticeably softer after showering. My hair feels smoother and less dry, and my skin doesn’t feel tight afterward. It’s one of those upgrades you don’t realize you need until you try it.

I LOVE the Filterbaby!!! It makes the water pressure perfect, and I love how I can switch between filtered and unfiltered water. One of my friends got one, and she raved about it. Plus, once I saw her filter and the discoloration, I was sold. I’m so glad I hopped on the train because this thing is AMAZING! My skin feels hydrated and not dry after washing my face, and the little filaments on my forehead have reduced. It was also super easy to put on, the video they give us basically does half the work for you. Only took us like 15 minutes. I wish I had one when I was still living in my apartment, but better late than never!!
Filterbaby is a life saver! Since I’ve been using it I notice a big difference in my hair and body. I had it off for about 2 months from an issue that was resolved and got sent a new one. Filterbaby also has the best customer service! I’m so happy now it’s been 2 days having my pro series shower head again and it’s amazing I feel so soft I don’t feel my skin tight and dry anymore. I love filterbaby products I also have the sink one and when I didn’t have the shower one for those months I made sure to only was my face at my sink cause you seriously feel the difference, now I have both filter baby’s and I’m one happy customer. If your thinking about getting the filter baby do it, don’t hesitate it’s by far one of the best things money can buy! Your body and hair will thank you!
Such an AMAZING product I struggled with really dry skin and acne for so long , lost and confused on what could be the issue it even resulted in with me going into skin depression and then i discovered I had Hard water the water always stained my tub and it definitely even really smell great ..ONCE i discovered FilterBaby Diamond Shower Filter !!! I got this almost a month ago for my hair loss and hair thinning problem. My shower head would not clean or filter any type of rust or dust that i had in the pipes. This product helped me so much with my hair loss problem and made my hair feel smoother and less fragile.

The filter, while I was able to use it, was great. I can tell the difference in my water and my hair was so soft and my skin was less red. However, when it came time to change the filter I couldn’t get it open. I reached out to customer service and after trying all their suggestions they gave me a new filter, which was greatly appreciated, but again, I couldn’t open it when it came time to change the filter. Me and my boyfriend tried everything suggested. My boyfriend even went out and bought a strap wrench - nothing is working. I had to cancel my subscription. Also a side note, when I googled that I couldn’t open my Filterbaby shower filter - google said it was a common problem but there are no reviews of anyone else having this issue that I’ve seen. Idk it’s very frustrating.
