I love anything to do with skincare. Since I got my Filterbaby, I look forward to washing my face in the morning and washing off my makeup at night and since I've been using Filterbaby my skin has less redness, no more dry and oily patches. My pores have decreased in size and feels like a baby's skin.
Customer service have been so great as well. They replied very quickly and helped with my issues with the adaptors, they helped me out as best as they could. 🙌🏾

I absolutely love this shower filter. I got it to add onto my shower at my college apartment, because the water was awful and I noticed such a difference since adding it. I love my new FilterBaby diamond series shower filter. Since installing I've noticed my hair and skin are much healthier. My hair is lighter and softer and my skin hasn't had a breakout since installing. It was very easy to install and was 100% worth it.
I’ve been using the FilterBaby sink filter for a little while now, and honestly, I’m so impressed. Installation took me literally a few minutes — it’s very beginner-friendly, and it comes with all the adapters you might need. No plumbers, no drama.
Once I turned the water on, the difference was instant. The water feels cleaner, softer, and way better on my skin. I didn’t realize how much regular tap water was affecting my face until I switched. Washing my face now feels like using filtered bottle water straight from the tap.
Another thing I love is the design. It’s compact, cute, and doesn’t make the sink look cluttered. The switch to alternate between filtered and unfiltered water is super convenient, especially when I just need to rinse something quickly without using the filter.

I would rate this a 3/5 stars with the install and usage for the first three months. As far as the refill process, this thing gets 0 stars. After 20 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to open the unit, I gave up and cancelled my subscription. There needs to be an easier way to swap out the filters like the eskiin.
Installation was super simple and the filter fits perfectly on my bathroom faucet. I noticed less chlorine smell within a day or two. The only minor downside is a small drop in water pressure, but overall it works great and looks nice.
